Ok guys, i finally found out what was causing my crash. It was the SRS Audio Sandbox, which improves bass and gives me great sound on high details. I disabled it, and listened to music 12 hours straight (well, i was afk) and when i looked at it this morning, it wasn't crashed. So this problem is application related, i'm guessing and not drivers/windows.

    My Observation

As per the details in the thread, the conclusion is.... Audio crash is not caused by drivers or OS. the problem is with 3rd party applications we are instaling, which tries to access audio drivers and results in audio crash......

Hmm, it even crashed with SRS off, but i think it's because i ran it by accident for a minute and turning it off then didn't work. So far i have uninstalled Avira AV, to see if that changes anything. It's really an annoying problem.

The problem has many cause factors, but I do have office 2007 with updates installed.. removing them now to see if this is the case.
/edit2: Under a new OS it doesn't do that.. do not install updates for microsoft office, it might happen to you

Dean, it was office related (also for me) and not SRS. I'm reinstalling Windows 7 sometimes near christmas when i have time and then i'll get back to you.

My solution was stop using foobar2000 and doing a clean install WITHOUT office UPDATES, but i still have office. Now that i stopped using Foobar and SRS Audio Sandbox, i'm not crashing any more.
