    Youtube and iTunes sound problem.

I am using a Win 7 Home Basic 64-bit and every time I play videos on youtube and itunes there's always a "disturbing sound/jumping" (like when your audio cds are full of scratches) and sometimes the sound suddenly disappears when I'm playing videos on youtube.

But when every time I change my OS into Win 7 32-bit, I'm not having any problems

I have a 4gb of ram and wants to maximize it, if I use a 32-bit, I only get 3gb usable ram. But when I use a 64-bit, I get 3.50gb usable ram. So, I really need to use a 64-bit to get the most out of my ram.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks!!!

Firstly, can you please fill in the rest of your system specs in the My system specs section of your profile by following this tutorial before we proceed?

It says that I need to install .NET Framework but when I'm trying to install it there's a pop-up message that says You must use "Turn Windows features on or off" in the control panel......

    how would i do this?

Press start orb ---> type windows features --> enter --> You're now in the Windows Features Box

Select the component you have been asked to turn on in this box by ticking the checkbox next to the name... which is Microsoft .NET 3.5?

EDIT:- It's rather odd that you have been asked to install .NET Framework on your Windows 7 64 bit system.. AFAIK Windows 7 comes with all the .NET Frameworks except for .NET Framework 4 which is not required for the program in that tutorial.

Ah okay you need to install .NET Framework 4 to run the SystemInfo.exe in the tutorial i linked you?

Or have you already installed .NET Framework 4 already?

Here's a link for the installer from Microsoft...

You shouldn't have to mess around with the Program Features...
