    No SPDIF on ASUS M3N78-VM


    Can't get SPDIF to show up in sound control panel. I've tried several bios settings.

    You have the latest Windows 7 Via audio driver installed? It just came out a couple of days ago

    Description VIA Audio Driver V6.0.1.7400 for Windows 32/64bit XP & 32/64bit Vista & 32/64bit Windows 7.

    Thanks, it fixed the issue.
    For anybody else with this problem be sure to use the VIA control panel, SPDIF cannot be enabled in Windows.
