Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

    has been happening for the last week. still cannot start Windows Audio and it returns the same 1053 error. The above error was found in my windows application log.

    Assume it was fine before december 16, 2013. Can you do a system restore prior to that date/time?

    No it is not. Not sure why that event is occuring but it is not after i attempt to start Windows Audio

    Earliest restore point i have is Dec 17

    In registry goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
    Create or modify on the right side of screen:

    ServicesPipeTimeout make the value: dword:0000ea60

    Post screenshot. Reboot.... post results
