    Default Audio Device keeps switching using Razer Virtual Surround.


    Hey, everyone! This is kind of hard to explain so I have a YouTube video below, but what I'm trying to do is to lock the default the Razer Virtual Surround device as the default sound device, but I can't seem to make that happen. I've looked everywhere for the past few hours and I can't find anything. It's driving me crazy, does anybody know what I can do to fix it?

    The first part, before I restart the app, the devices window on Razer's panel was messed up, but that always happens when I restart my PC. When I closed it and started it back up after changing compatibilities, it fixed itself, and all I need to do right now as I'm typing this is to keep the default device as Razer's virtual surround. Thank you! :)

    Unless the Razer has some way of always (automatically) installing itself as the default audio playback device, I don't think you can do what you want. The default for Windows is the "Speakers" (sound card) or if you have HDMI when an HDMI cable is plugged into the PC it will default to HDMI as the default playback device.

    I'm not sure what happened, but it seems like it fixed itself, but I had to restart my PC and it messed up again. I guess it just... Happens. *shrugs*
