Rocksmith 2014 Edition: Realtone Guitar Adapter won't go enabled

Here's an image of what it looks like.
Can anyone give some advice on how I can enable it? Right-clicking on it and clicking at "enable" doesn't work. (And so does going to its properties and setting the Device usage to "Use this device")

I've also tried reinstalling the driver numerous times to no avail. Any help?

Windows 10 64 bit

I'm a guitar player and have a recording studio.

Since this is a USB adapter, connect it and then go to the Device Manager. It will either be listed under the Sounds section or possibly in the USB section (The USB section may even show an "Unknown Device"). Wherever its at, Uninstall it in the Device Manager, then disconnect the USB cable, restart the PC. After Windows starts, connect the cable and Windows should detect the "new" hardware and install it. This may fix it.

By the way, here is the instructions on how to post screen shots on this forum:

BSOD PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA when starting Rocksmith Demo
Hi I downloaded the Rocksmith demo from Steam, partly to check if my PC is up to the job, spec-wise. When I start the program, I always get a BSOD, usually PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, and once a SYSTEM-SERVICE_EXCEPTION. The blue screen also mentions stdriver64.sys. Despite much googling...
