Hello simply and welcome to Seven forums!

Can you post a picture of your Device Manager?

Go to Start > In search start typing "Device Manager". You will see "Device Manager" in the results.

Next, expand Sound, Video and Game controllers. You can then use the "Snipping Tool" (same process as above but search for Snipping Tool)

Next, highlight the area around the Device Manager windows and save it to your Desktop. Come back here and click the Paper clip Icon next to the Smiley face. Click "Browse" and then find your snip on your desktop and upload it.

Did you update all of your drivers after you reinstalled ? You should have a disk with the drivers necessary that came with your PC. If not, go to the link below.

Go here, it should automatically detect your product and you can download drivers from there.

Leatest driver from nvidia on my laptop is GeForce 307.83 Driver.
When i try to install the driver a problem pop up "Install Cannot Continue - The Graphics Driver Could Not Find Compatible Graphics Hardware."
I found fix in this website https://forums.geforce.com/default/t...re-installer-/
I have follow all the steps but in the step 7 i don't have the inf files.
    7. there will be many INF files there of the type:

    nvaa.inf

    nvac.inf

    nvam.inf

    nvao.inf

    nvbl.inf

Looking at the screen shot of the Device Manager, I see "High Definition Audio Device" which is usually the generic, basic function, Windows installed sound driver. First step is to get the correct sound driver and install that.

HP lists a Conexant Vista driver for this model. The Vista driver is applicable to Windows 7.

Try installing it in Compatibility mode for Vista. Right Click on the Install Icon and then Left Click Properties. One of the tabs in the Properties panel will be for Compatibility.
