    System Notification Balloon Sound Won't Play


    Whenever a system notification appears in the taskbar, the assigned sound will not play. ("C:\Windows\Media\Windows Balloon.wav") How can I let the sound play when it's supposed to? It's already enabled in the sound scheme.

    I never get a sound from those, I think that is the default behavior but this may help you out,
