Are there any good programs to change mic EQ?

I don't know of any program, although there may be something around, to do what you want. What program are you using with the Mic? Audacity, has options for the recording bit depth, etc. Also, does it sound bad on the PC speakers as you talk? or is it bad on playback? If its on playback, are you saving the files as "wav" files or "MP3"? Wav files are full fidelity, MP3 is "something less than full fidelity" and depending on the MP3 bitrate it can be better or worse.

Finally, try it on a different PC. It may be a defective mic.

I'm not using any program with it really.
What do you mean by playback? Sorry I don't understand too many audio terms.

Sounds perfect here too. You must have something interfering if it doesn't sound OK on your end.

What do you mean I've got something interfering?

I mean that there must be something within your own PC that is causing poor playback, since we know it sounds OK on my PC and on Fireberd's PC.

You have to troubleshoot what that might be. Trial and error, changing settings, changing cables, changing ports, changing amplifiers, changing speakers, changing file format, etc. It can take time with sound issues and it's usually frustrating.

Hmm, must be Teamspeak 3 that is changing the mic then because it's other people complaining, not me.

If it sounds OK to you on your own PC, but not to others, yeah, that could point to some application. I've never used Teamspeak.

Nope, when I record myself on it it sounds like I'm talking in a fishbowl.
However Teamspeak 3 is a well known program used by millions, not sure why it would **** up over something like this.
