Audio jack for headphones not being found

Hello. I have been using my TurtleBeach EarForce P11 headset for a long time and just yesterday, they stopped working. After a long time of looking in to it and trying to find the problem, I found out what's wrong. Please see pictures below

The audio jack is meant to be recognized on my TurtleBeach headset, not the Realtek HD audio. I don't know how to change it so that the audio jack is recognized on my turtlebeach headset. I currently get no sound through my headphones because of this. The headphones are enabled and set as my default device. I have searched around for a while trying to look for a fix to the problem and so far, nothing works. Any help would be very greatly appreciated. Thanks

Try an uninstall/reinstall of the headset and see if that fixes it.

Connect the headset to the USB, then go to the Device Manager, RIGHT click on the entry for the headset and then LEFT click "Uninstall". If it asks to uninstall the driver, DO NOT uninstall the driver. Disconnect the headset then restart the PC. After Windows has started, connect the headset and Windows should detect it and reinstall it. If there were any Windows corruptions with the headset, this will fix it.

Thank you so much, I now have sound. However, there's still a problem. The sound quality is really poor (to the point where I can't even hear words in a song) and when I look at the properties for the headset, it still says no jack information available, despite my audio jack for the headset being plugged in. How can I get it so that the audio jack is used for my headset? It has somehow changed

Its showing it as a "generic USB Audio" which may be the problem. However, I don't know how you fix that, unless Turtle Beach has drivers.
