Certain application plays at only half volume?

Under Enhancements tab, check Loudness Equalization
Click apply and then ok.

Loudness Equalization makes it worse. And I already has the do nothing under communications.
It is only IE BTW.

I had a look and I'm running the latest driver (A clients laptop also had this issue with only chrome)

That sadly did nothing. This is such an odd issue that I've never seen before!
