    Hiya pal

If you go to HP Product Detection

You can use the "HP auto product detect" feature to give you the model number of your Pavilion system

Ok. My computer is a6030n. Originally it comes with windows vista, but about 2 or 3 years ago, I installed windows 7 (this has nothing to do with the sound because its been a very long time since windows 7)

Here's what happened: one day I left the computer on for a few hours and got back on. There was a red X on my sound icon. I went to my device manager and under (sound, video, and game controllers, there were 2. Bluetooth audio, and high quality bluetooth audio. I managed to make the computer search for the drivers in C: (which is like the whole computer)

Ok, so the X was gone but sound didn't work. And by the way, I never had bluetooth audio - anything on my comp before then. It came outta nowhere! Anyways back to topic: since sound didn't work, I deleted both bluetooth crap whatever along with the drivers. Now I don't have 'sound, video, and game controllers'

Please help me. I've been stuck with this for a long time and I other threads in my account that you guys can check out for more details. I've sent many PMs but got not a single reply. Thank you in advance!!!!!!!
