So today I got the "00113700 Hama uRage Gaming Headset" but for some reason after plugging them in I noticed that theres noise, occasional "scratching" and other sounds which I can't describe. Any clue on what might be causing this?
Are you sure of the model? The model you list is NOT a USB connected headset, according to the hama web site.

I already tried changing those. Btw, I just discovered that some of the noises appear when I'm moving my mouse.
Well a quick internet search shows that many people have the same problem and there's no clear solution.
Suggestions include:
Check sound devices in Device Manager and if more than one device is listed try disabling so that only one device is in use.
If your mouse is a USB mouse - try a wired mouse.
Try any other available USB ports.
Check for and install any driver updates for all USB devices. If your headset was supplied with a driver to install - that driver could be out of date.
Other than that I'm out of ideas!
1. Only one is in use, I disabled the rest.
2. I don't have a wired mouse, however I tried plugging it out and there were still other types of noises.
3. I already tried that.
4. They didn't come with any drivers.
Alright, I got a different headset to see if the problem persists and well... it does. I don't know how the old headset I had didn't have issues like this but apparently it's not from the new headset I got. I think it may be a driver issue but I have no clue how to solve it.
Here's a list of what's wrong:
- Buzzing/scratching/beeping noise
- More noise when moving mouse
- Overall lower sound quality, I tried the same headset on my phone and PC, listening to the same song but on my PC the sound is somewhat stale
