Crackling/distorted sound while fullscreen streaming video's

    hi, first time here

so as the title states i suddenly have sound distortion and crackling noise (on firefox, IE 11 google chrome) whilse streaming video's on fullscreen. this started today and there have not been any hardware/software changes recently.
ive google'd this issue a bit and tried all kind of fixes ive seen

    steps undertaken

    enabled/disabled hardware acceleration
    uninstalled/re-installed flash player plugin,realtek drivers,AMD drivers
    enabled/disabled cpu throttle in BIOS
did system restore to a week ago

anyone have any idea what this could be? or some other things i can try? ive added full system spec's in attachement. let me know if any more information is needed.

Believe it or not; I have had the same issue happen to me; and what i did to resolve it is to simply reboot the system; which basically will refresh everything. Windows programs etc. sometimes have a tendency to start doing thing like that especially if your system has been on for a long period of time. So i would just try a reboot to see if it goes away. If it doesnt; since you already said you have tried reinstalling the realtek drivers, etc. then you might want to check the connections to your speakers; if that does not work; then its quite possible your audio card is starting to go bye bye.

rebooting doesn't change anything. and i have an integrated soundcard on my mobo. ive got a friend who will come by with an external sound card. so i can see if the issue is there. ive been thinking about upgrading my mobo for quite a while. seems like its time to do that :)

i will bump this again. the issue is persisting (even with some games its starting i haven't yet been able to try out an external sound card. if this doesn't get solved i'm considering buying a new mobo (also because i could usen an upgrade)
