Realtek/Windows Sound not working but detecting devices.

As the title suggests, my on board sounds, seem to have failed, every time I boot, I get a Windows Troubleshooter telling me that the audio devices and services are not enabled or started, the troubleshooter fails without any errors to report (will grab a screen of this when I can)

Here is a screenshot of my windows systray showing that windows says there are no audio devices along with my playback devices window, showing speakers connected (no volume marker next to it if you notice)

You can find my full system specs listed in my profile, don't really wanna type em out again.

I went into device manager and uninstalled all my sound and video drivers and re-installed all fresh from AMD/Realtek (AMD Omega Catalyst Version 14.12 and Realtek HD Audio Codec V2.75)

    EDIT: ADDED Windows Troubleshooter Screens

    Any assistance would be excellent.

Sry for large sized post, spoiler tags not working?

What I recall, this is a Windows problem and not a problem with the sound drivers.

Run the SFC /scannow three times and see if that helps. It may take a reinstall.

Thinking of going for the re-install to be fair, will try these scans and see what happens. Report back shortly.

This has gotten progressively worse, but it did start with a Graphics driver update whilst using dual-video output with one HDMI and one DVI with stereo mix to get sound output in sync with my speakers, it slowly all started to stop working.

No Integrity Violations found, preparing to reinstall. Damn hope this'll sort it.
