I do not have the speaker Icon that you show. Just the regular speaker Icon.

control panel-->sound dialogue box too small, can't view all content
I tried to change the logon sound but noticed I can't access the bottom half of the dialogue box. I tried to play around with font size but it's at 100% meaning it's the minimal size Please help.
