    1% sound level step

    Hi

I just formatted my dell and installed win7 pro and now when using fn+f11/12 (down/up sound level) it jumps every 4% (0->4->...->100), when on win8.1 it change every percent (0->1->2->3->...->100).

Is there any app or regedit hack to make sound level steps on 7 like its on 8.1?

    Thanks in advance

Check the Dell downloads for your specific service tag number, to see if there is a utility for that. Also, only use the Dell provided sound driver.

Looking on dell drivers it looks that its one version of the driver (6.10.0.6426) for 7, 8 and 8.1, so maybe its something in windows, which let to change every 1%?

Additionaly it worked "without" Dell's driver only one installed with Windows.
