I have Realtek HD driver but no HD Audio Manager?

    I have Realtek HD driver but no HD Audio Manager?


    I have installed the latest drivers from the realtek website but I dont have this HD audtion manager (see attached)? Is this a separate install?

    Are you sure you looked in the hidden system tray icons?...See attached

    Yes and that sound icon is not in there.. Is there anything that I need to update in my system to have that shown?

    You do need the application as well as the drivers. If you want, PM me your email address. and I will email you the program you need. Check the CDs that came with the motherboard (if you built you rig). That's where I got mine. You can probably find it online, too.

    I installed the version R2.36 last night from the realtek website and it didnt give me the Audio Manager..

    I just want the audio manager in order to force Media Center to surroudn sound instead of just stereo when playing my music files..

    Check in Control Panel... there is a Realtek Audio Manager there.. DoubleClick and the manager should appear... that works for me after 2.36
