    Audio Device is disabled! Help?


    i have a problem with my laptop. it says, "No speakers or headphones are plugged in" and when i clicked it says, "Audio Device is disabled". I tried checking on control panel but it says there that speakers and headphones are enabled. see attachments.

    Go to the Device Manager. Right click on the entry for the IDT Audio and then Left click "Uninstall". DO NOT uninstall the drivers. Restart the PC and when Windows starts it will detect and reinstall the Audio. This fixes most Windows/Audio corruptions and may fix your problem.
