Headphones not showing up on playback devices

This headphone I bought is a high quality one I bought.
It doesn't show on playback but has bad quality with that.
It gives the speaker sounds through my headphone instead.
    Help me please.

Exactly what headphones do you have? Are they analog or USB connected?

Also, more information on your Toshiba including model number.

It gives the speaker sounds through my headphone instead
What do you mean by that?

I can't find much info on that headset. Along with the headset and mic connections, does it also have a USB connection for power?

One site I saw suggests it has a driver to install.

On many systems, standard analog headsets do not show up with a separate headset listing. My RealTek on my recording studio desktop system does not show Headphones when I plug them in.

As far as the sound quality, the headphones determine that, not the PC.

USB connected and analog connected work differently. The USB connected is a separate device and in fact does not use the PC's audio chip, it gets the audio data digitally and converts it to analog inside the headset.
