Possible to switch audio device output depending on screen/program?

I have my Pc connected to two monitors and a Samsung Tv.

The hardware of relevance is this:

• An Nvidia GPU (560 TI) connected to two 24 inch monitors. HDMI sound disabled.
• An integrated Intel GPU that is connected the Samsung TV via HDMI (Meaning audio can be sent to the TV together with the Video stream).
• A DAW soundcard, ESI Juli@ that I use for making music or anything else audio related that isn't film or TV watching on the PC. Sound comes out from a different source than what is connected to the TV (goes through a pre-amp and then some near field monitor speakers).
  This is set as the default sound card (output).

When I watch videos on the TV I have to manually switch to the hdmi-audio output (Which goes through the GPU that is connected via HDMI to the TV), otherwize the sound of course comes out of the receiver connected to the PC.

So, is there a way to make Windows autoswitch the audio ouput depending on which monitor the sound is played through?
I mean as soon as something is output through the (integrated) GPU to the TV I want Windows itself to "feel" that this is happening. Think I have seen it in action with some Windows 8 PC;s connected in a similar way.

Or is there a way to make a specific program, like Google Chrome (where a lot of TV streams and videos are watched) to trigger that audio should be switched to the HDMI output automatically?

As it is now I use "Audioswitch" (https://code.google.com/p/audioswitch/) which is working ok, but I have to switch manually every time I go to and from the TV and the normal monitors.
