Can I Listen To Audio On Two Devices At The Same Time?

so when i had xp i could launch WMP with my speakers and change to output to my headphones. the music would play on the speakers and i could play a game on my headphones at the same time. now it changes the moment i switch default audio outputs.

You can specify within Winamp or other software to use a particular output that is different than default output. So both can work this way at the same time.

What you can't do is clone an output to be same as another output device. You'd need special hardware that handles that, like my spec.
