Center speaker and subwoofer get mixed

I have a Creative Inspire P5800 5.1 and I've just connected it to my windows 7 x64. I have installed the latest realtek hd drivers R 2.78. My problem is that the center speaker is not working. The speaker itself is working if I put it in another input(rear/front etc) just for testing. When I'm testing from the sound manager I can hear the rear/front left/right but when I click on the center speaker or the subwoofer I can only hear the sound coming from the subwoofer and really low. I saw that some people had this problem in the pas but I couldn't understand how to solve it. Everything I tried failed. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

Looking at your Speakers, you don't have a separate output to the computer for the subwoofer - most 5.1 PC systems are like this and they integrate the Centre with the Subwoofer.

Things to try:

1. Start > Control Panel > Sound
2. Click on the audio card they are connected into (Your Realtek card)
3. Press Configure
4. Follow the instructions on-screen

I did that. Even there when I press on test no sound comes out the center speaker...

Edit: Took only the center and subwoofer cable and tested it with my phone. I still can't hear anything from the center speaker, but I can hear the sounds coming out the subwoofer(really low)...

As I said in the previous edit, If I only test with my phone the center and subwoofer cable(orange one in my case) I can't hear the center speaker but I can hear low music coming out the subwoofer.

Yes. The speaker is working. I said this when I first posted the problem. The problem might be cause by something inside the subwoofer ..
