USB headset strange problem on Windows 7

    Greetings!

Recently I bought a brand new USB headset the Rainbow RB-708U. The hardware is powered by an USB port and it has no jack connectors only one USB connector. The realtek driver does not recognize it but that is normal. My problem is that the sound quality is extremly bad ONLY IF I use normal balance settings. (e.g.: 100-100%) When I lower the right OR the left speaker to 0% and leave the other one on 100% everything is fine. But in games (CS:GO) I still can't hear my surroundings... every noise sounds like it comes from in front of me. (I mean: someone walking on my left side and it sounds like he walks in front of me.) When I have the balance on normal (100-100) listening to music is also a nightmare. Sometimes I hear only the high tones sometimes only the low tone or just the bass. It sounds like (to me) that the PC mixes the stereo channels. Something like echo, and nothing related to the mic I'm sure. The issue appers to be windows problem, because the headset does the same with other windows 7 PC's. Normal headsets with jack connectors working perfectly only the USB ones don't.

Any help will be very welcome!

    Thank you in advance!

Tried opening Playback Devices and configuring the entry for your headset? Also check the properties of the headset.

Unfortunetly, that was the first thing I've tried By saying "extremly bad sound quality" I meant that it looks like when you turn on the karaoke filter or the "large hall" effect... the sound is same but of course non of the are on.
