Im confused. I am looking for the most recent Realtek driver for Win7 but this appears to be for 10. Can anyone tell me where I can find the latest drivers for Win7/64. Thanks in advance.

The drivers on the first page are for Windows 10 and later which would include Windows 7. :)

Thank you for your reply Brink, Please excuse my confusion but I dont understand why you say "Windows 10 and later" would include Windows 7 drivers. When I go to the linked Microsoft Update Catalog page I DO see 2(what appear to be) identical 8051 files for Win7 but I cannot tell a difference,,,,, which one do I need. Is one the zip and the other exe?
Also, all the directions for installing the .cab file are for 10. Will it be the same for Win7? I just want to be sure before I attempt to upgrade.
FYI my confusion(appearing stupid) comes from numerous head injuries(CTE) that causes me difficulty processing even simple information.... Very frustrating. Thank you for your help and understanding.
