I found that on Station-Drivers website today that got a hold of v6.0.8918.1 FF00 I think its under their generic category
Realtek HD Audio (HDA) Drivers Version R2.8x (8918.1) WHQL

then again maybe not... the downloaded exe file is a 7z self extracting archive for one note..
but v6.0.8918.1 is missing a lot of inf files and the Win32 folder so idk if it will work for everyone...

at the least just pointing out that its there.. use or don't use its up to you..

    EDIT:

I just finished rebooting from the install of them so far so good..

actually Melchior, that 8918 HDA driver is an FF06 version (not FF00) (look at the [IntcAzAudModelAddReg] section of the HDXRT.inf file) - also someone else found the original source of that 8918 driver - FMWorld.net (Fujitsu Japanese region) [E1029976] (released 4/17/2020)

    [IntcAzAudModelAddReg]
    HKR,Settings,EffectComponents,0x00010001,0xFF06
only other INF files included are HDXFJ.inf, HDXFJMA.inf & HDXFTS.inf which relate to realtek hd audio devices on Fujitsu/FTS based systems

plus this 8918 HDA driver is WHQL for Win10 x64 only - it will be treated as a non-WHQL unsigned driver when installed under Win7 x64 [Win7 users will have to click on "Install this driver software anyway" prompt to install the 8918 driver]

indeed - new legacy HDA FFxx drivers are very hard to come by, NoN
and sometimes new HDA FFxx versions are OEM specific (not generic) like the 8924 ones from HP and Lenovo

    ---

for certain Lenovo users only - not generic: v6.0.8924.1 FF01 HDA X64 from Lenovo (for Lenovo Thinkpad T460 & X260 laptops) [released 4/21/2020] (WHQL for 64bit Windows from Win7 to Win10)

sorry about the confusion I though it was FF00 since it was in there generic HDA list... my bad..
it seems to be working for me on Windows 7 PC though..

well that explains why it popped up as unsigned... when I went to install it..
despite that my audio is working ok

you really have to check the contents of the digital signature hash file HDXRT.CAT in any HDA driver package and look up the OSAttr value inside. for 8918 HDA, the OSAttr property has a value of only 2:10.0 - meaning NT 10.0 (Win10). If OSAttr value for any other HDA driver version is "2:6.1,2:10.0" (NT 6.1 & NT 10.0) then the HDA driver would be WHQL certified for Windows versions between Win7 & Win10

in case any one cares, MS recently posted the older 6.0.8881.1 FF00 HDA X64 driver on MS Update (146Mb cab download) - now this one is WHQL for Windows from Vista to Ten (HDXRT.CAT for 8881 FF00 HDA has OSAttr value of "2:6.0,2:6.1,2:10.0"); 8899 HDA no longer shows up on MS Catalog searches but 8899 HDA cab download is still available but now 8881 HDA now show up on recent MS Catalog searches

    6.0.8911.1 is out.
    Microsoft Update Catalog

It works fine for me with the Realtek ALC269/ALC3220 High Definition Audio devices in my Windows 7/10 64-bit Dell minitowers.

8911 HDA is WHQL for Win10 only, non-WHQL for Win7, flavallee.
    FF0C version

    [IntcAzAudModelAddReg]
    HKR,Settings,EffectComponents,0x00010001,0xFF0C

    OSAttr value of HDXRT.CAT in 8911 HDA FF0C driver is "2:10.0" (aka. NT 10.0 > Win10)
