is there any update in FF06 variant?....using Dell Inspiron 3521 // Windows 7 Ultimate x64

no sorry v1j4y, latest FF06 HDA version for Win7 is still 6.0.8821.1 but for Win10 users it's 6.0.8918.1 from Fujitsu, however 8918 HDA is a Win10 only driver as it is digitally signed (aka WHQL'ed) for only Win10 and un-signed for any pre-Win10 version.

what is the hardware ID of the Realtek Audio device on the Inspiron 3521?

just in - for all others v6.0.8967.1 FF03 HDA "generic" from Nahimic support (posted 6/18/2020)
for those using older ASUS ROG gaming laptops/motherboards & older MSI gaming boards/laptops w/ either Sonic Studio or Nahimic 2.x apps, this new FF03 version should satisfy them (and is also a security bug fix)

edit - I'm gonna try out the 8967 FF03 HDA driver on my computers that normally use either FF00, FF01 or FF04 HDA drivers.

erpster4:

The 6.0.8967.1 HDA drivers seem to work fine in my Dell OptiPlex 9020 minitowers which have Realtek ALC3220 HD Audio and are running Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit and Windows 10 Pro Version 2004 64-bit in dual boot mode.

that's great, flavallee.
I've updated the Realtek HDA drivers on my bro's Sony Vaio Win7 x64 Home laptop to 8967 FF03 several days ago and they worked fine.

ok this HWID is listed in the HDXSGMA4.inf file of the Realtek HDA driver, v1j4y.

the only new FF06 HDA driver is 8918 from FMWorld.net but is WHQL certified for Win10 x64 only and un-signed for anything below Win10.
you could take a chance and install it but will require clicking on the "Install this driver software anyway" option (when the "windows cannot verify the publisher of this driver software" prompt appears) to fully install it [do NOT use Device Manager to install the 8918 HDA driver on Win7 x64 as it may reject it and say that the best driver is already installed - use the setup.exe program from the 8918 HDA driver pack to install it]. the HDXSGMA4.inf file is not included in the 8918 HDA driver but does include the generic HDXRT.inf file - 8918 HDA is supposed to be Fujitsu based but the HDXRT.inf file was included to install on much older Fujitsu systems with HWIDs not mentioned in the HDXFJ.inf, HDXFJMA.inf & HDXFTS.inf files.
