I got this yesterday. It usually means that the Realtek site has been overloaded or that they are doing maintenance (hopefully another updated driver version). You might try back at off peak hours to see if it will load then.
It seems to be working for me right now though.

working now but I'm really sorry we've lost the Custom Equalizer setting that we had in XP. I don't really like the "fixed preset canned modes".
