All computer sounds outputting through microphone

Okay so yesterday morning I installed windows 10. I've been using it all night and my friends were telling me they could hear my games through my mic. I assumed it was just my sound being up loud. After skyping with my girlfriend she commented on it and I looked into it more. As it turns out she can hear everything I can hear. (Example: If I watch a youtube video, she can hear the audio as if she's watching it.)

I've tried everything I could find on google.. Nothing has helped.. I'm so lost and confused at this point.. Does anyone have any suggestions?

In your sound recording devices Do you have something like stereo mix there? Also what is your sound card or mother board model. You might have your mic set to listen to this device then Skype set up to listen to your speakers and not mic. Please fill out your specs like this. System Info - See Your System Specs

I had this problem before and I was able to fix it, but after i factory restarted my computer (virus forced me to do it) the problem returned and the same solution did solve the issue.
I've tried every possible solution to try and fix this problem again but nothing, Ive tried:
    - Disabling/Enabling Stero Mix
-Lowering the stereo mix volume while its enabled
-Separating all input jacks as independant input jacks on the audio manager (fixed the problem once before but not anymore)
-ive unchecked the mics and speakers that i dont use
-I've made sure the mics arent listening to the device
None of these have worked yet, I really hope someon can help.

@rvcjew - Stereo Mix is disabled. Its not just skype though. Its happening computer wide. Teamspeak, CS:GO, Facebook Messager (In Calls).. Its just everything doing it.. I've check my bios along with nearly ever sound option I've had available..

If you right click the mic and in properties click the listen tab is it enabled?

    Didn't work.

Though, quick update. I discovered, its when I use the "Microphone boost" that I get the broadcast issue.. Though without it, my mic is quiet to the point I have to yell to be heard as a whisper. (According to the guys on teamspeak.)

Think a sound card could fix this issue? As I stated before, I'm using the on-board sound...
