    Equalizer missing in Enhancements.

Equalizer enhancement in speaker sound suddenly went missing, I need this enhancement because everything raised even at 100% is still quiet. Ive searched about this problem and have found no solutions. I uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers for my Speakers with no success. It would normally be in Speakers > Enhancements > Equalizer. Only options available in Enhancements at the moment are Bass Boost, Virtual Surround, Room Correction, Loudness Equalization but like I said it just disappeared. Help would be much appreciated, thanks for your time :)

The DX Diag shows you have "High Definition Audio Device" which suggests you do not have the proper sound hardware driver. The High Definition Audio Driver is a generic, basic function, Windows Driver.

As this is an Alienware system, go to the Dell support site downloads and download the correct driver, as a 1st step. You didn't list the exact Alienware model so I can't link you directly to the driver downloads.
However here is the Dell site link.

This worked perfectly! I redownloaded the appropriate drivers and I seem to no longer have any problems with my sound, thank you very much firebird!
