No sound from apps besides systemsounds, Errors from sfc /scannow

    Hey,
I'm new to the forum so i hope this is the right sub.

Anyway for 3 Days now I have a Soundproblem. Only windowssounds, like clicking, warnings and surprisingly the Windows Media Center (watching tv) seem to work. Anything else like Spotify, Firefox, games don't play any sound. They don't appear in the soundmixer either. my connected Soundsystems work, atleast i can hear the test sounds. I ran sfc /scannow multiple times always returning errors it can't fix. The last log is attached to this post.

I don't know how to fix these errors, alot seemed to be amd64 related does that mean it's a driver issue?

    Edit:
Run Avast antivirus scan but came up with nothing

    Systemspecs:
    OS: Win 7 Home Premium 64bit SP1 CPU: AMD FX-8320 Motherboard: M5A99FX PRO R.20 Memory: DDR3 16GB Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 290x

With what is listed for disc errors, it suggests the disc is corrupted and will have to be reformatted and Windows reinstalled, if the drive is not defective.

Yeah I feared that, I hoped for an other solution but it got worse now. Cloned the Disk and going to reinstall windows tonight. Should have made a Backup

Clone may not work. When you Clone a disc that includes all the bad sectors. A backup does not contain the bad sectors.
However, with the amount of corrupted data, I doubt that either a clone or backup will work.

Should have expressed me better. I cloned the damaged disc (bit cloning not just a normal backup) to save my files, on an external drive. I formated the damaged disc and clean installed win 7 again. The sfc scan seems clean, so i should be fine now, just needs alot of updating. :)
