If the Realtek driver does not install and Windows will not install the generic, basic function, High Definition Audio driver then either one of three things. It is either not enabled in the BIOS, not compatible with Win 7 or it has a hardware problem.

Install a separate, compatible, sound card.

First thanks for replaying to the post fireberd.
Ok! It is like that, when windows connect to windows update for first time they download Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Other hardware - Realtek AC'97 Driver

    Installation status: Successful

Then i get sound on my High Definition Audio Device what in my case is sound over my Gpu that is connected to my monitor with hd cable-So this is ok and i have sound on my High Definition Device.

The one that i cant get a sound is my 7.1 on board device Realtek ac 97,the device is connected to amplifier with 5.1 speakers .
Every time when i to reinstall device i get code 10.
Device is enabled in the BIOS
Driver is compatible with Win 7
??Hardware problem?? what kind of hardware problem

I tray with two sound card but cant find driver for eater of them
First is Creaative Sound Blaster live 5.1 digital
Second is Trust sound expert surround digital 5.1

The HDMI audio is separate from the PC audio. I still suspect compatibility problems. Same with the old SoundBlaster Live 5.1 which was a Dell custom, if I remember correctly.

Yes that's right,me to suspect in compatibility problems,I will try with different drivers,I got sound over my Trust sound card but only on two speaker, will try to different driver for that also it's better than no sound at all.
Got one more issue with my memory:
Can't get her to work on all four dims,
It is ddr and all four work when I tested one by one but when I insert third and forth dim one of those two doesn't read memory depends which is inserted last.
So got 4 gb of memory but mbo read only 3 gb.
    Can you suggest me something.
And how can I rep you ,thanks for helping and replaying to my question fireberd!
    Really grateful!!

The memory may be an issue with the motherboard, or the BIOS. Try resetting the BIOS to see if all four memory modules will work.

The center icon, in the upper right of my post, is for "reps". Thanks.

The only places I know to download are Realtek and the PC or motherboard vendor, for usually safe downloads.
