No offense, but I don't like downloading any type of ActiveX Control my system.

I think it would be better to know the exact make and model of the sound card and then go here:
    Windows Compatibility Center

It will even direct you to the driver download if it's comparable

I gave him the best shot at making it work.

Like I said though, it's doubtful because it's only XP drivers.

If there was a Vista one, I'd edit it to work no problem. But no dice on that.

So it could happen with the XP at the link I gave and instructions.

Use I.E. to download, not Opera.

Yeah. It has to be the same as the version of Windows 7 you installed.

They have never even made a Vista driver for it. So you could try the XP driver if you want.

They're located here. <<< Use I.E. You'll have to open the .inf and make the line with this - VEN_13F6&DEV_0111

    become this instead

    VEN_13F6&DEV_0111&SUBSYS_011113F6

    then save it.

Right click in the device manager on it. Update driver software. Browse. Let me pick. Have disk. Browse. Now double click on the .inf you edited and hit ok. Then click next and let it install.

It's probably not going to work, but worth a shot.

If you want to see which version of Windows you have, type system information in the start menu search box then hit enter. Look at the system type line.

    Good luck.

I fix it ... sry u help me to fix it thx a lot! ...

Awesome. I thought the XP driver didn't have huge chance of success, but glad it worked nontheless! Enjoy.
