No RealTek Audio Manager and Headphone

I have installed Realtek drivers, the speaker is working, but there is no Headphones in the option!?
Also I have reinstalled the drivers 5-6 tyms but still couldnt get Realtek audio manager.
    Please see the attachments.

Also in Manage>Device Manager, I see only "High Audio Drivers", it suppose to be mentioned "Realtek Audio drivers" right?

High Definition Audio Device says the Realtek is NOT installed. High Definition Audio is the generic, basic function, sound driver that Windows installs. This is also probably the reason your headset does not work.

Are you installing the driver from Gigabyte for your motherboard? If not, here is the link to the downloads

Ok I uninstalled whatever driver I had, and downloaded the driver from the Gigabyte site again.
But I am not getting anything now, in the device manager.
No audio device is working ot detected now.
    What does this mean?

Reinstall the Intel motherboard chipset drivers and see if that helps.

You must use drivers for the hardware. You can't use VIA drivers for Realtek hardware.

Check the BIOS. Make sure the sound is enabled. Resetting the BIOS may help.

You must have VIA instead of Realtek. You must have a different motherboard than you listed too, as the Gigabyte site for the motherboard you listed shows Realtek.
