    Moved PC - No Sound

I have an intel NUC NUC6i7KYK (Skull Canyon). I moved to a new physical location. Of course, this required everything to be disconnected, which you wouldn't think would be an issue. However, since the move, i have no sound. At first, I think I had a power cable other than the one that was supplied with the Bose speakers, but I did try with the official. I couldn't get any sound. I started to think the problem was with the speakers, but then I bought a bluetooth speaker with a 3.5mm jack, and still no sound. Any ideas what's going on here? I couldn't get the bluetooth to connect either to try it that way, but I think that's a separate matter. Thanks!

Hello mystik mate for starters I think you should try these
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2 > in safe mode if need be
SFC generally accepted as best run for three runs

The next thing I would try is updating the audio driver now this is the site for out here but I am guessing it should not be much different to where you are. Intel® NUC Kit NUC6i7KYK Features and Configurations

Another option is to look inside the machine and check for any obvious malfunctions ie a loose audio input socket board scorchmarks or try reseating the hard drive and RAM.
Have look at this to see hat you will find he is a bit long winded but you can clearly see the socket connections - about half way through the video and of course if its still under warranty then return it

Thanks for the suggestion. Not sure what could have gone wrong with the driver since I had not installed a newer version, but that fixed it. Old speakers even work now. So, I will use them and put the new bluetooth to other use. :)
