bluetooth services can't be changed "the system can not find the file"

when i try to enable or disable any of the bluetooth services for my bluetooth headset on my pc it just gives an error..
BUT it doesnt tell me WHAT file is not found.. How do I find out what file is missing so i can fix the error???

it just tells a generic message box "file can not be found" and doesnt tell me what file its trying to find.
i tried using resource monitor to see if its searching any specific directory but nothing useful comes up!!

And trust me i've tried everything. I've tried manually copying files from bluetooth setup installers into the bluetooth directory. and system32.
ive tried reinstalling bluetooth many times. ive even upgraded and downgraded to windows 10 and back to windows 7.

And the error PERSISTS!!! ive checked services.msc and nothing is disabled

    Hi Realflow,
Bluetooth can be a pain!!, shows up in more than 1 place
    1) Open device Manager, (show hidden). are there any with an ! or small down arrow or any problem/unknown devices.
    2) open Devices and Printers click on the Headphones Right click troubleshoot.

Nope none have any problems. Thats not the issue. the device works properly but i can't change the settings in the services tab because it thinks a file is missing and i dont know what file it is!!! Or where the file should be!

    Hi Real,
miss-understood, heres mine, ignore the fact its dissabled, the path is in the smaller screenshot, if the dependency in large screenshot was missing you'd have bigger problems.

I gave up and installed the toshiba bluetooth driver stack and used a registry key to make it into dev mode to prevent the 30 days expiration notification.
problem solved except my headset mic wont work on my pc. it acts like it works in sound recording devices thing. but it doesnt pick up any audio. it picks up no mic sound. i think mic's just dont work on pc and only work on phones with bluetooth support.
darn I was looking to wirelessly call on skype with my PC and have freedom to walk around my house.
