Bose Soundlink Headphones won't pair and work with WIN7 x64

After many hours and countless pages looked at with installing different driver packages etc, I can not get bluetooth headphones to work (let alone simply pair with) on my MBP running WIN7 x64 via bootcamp, or clarity as to why!? Additionally, they will not pair with new PS4 either. In bot circumstances they are seen, on MBP they are "added" s a device but that's as far as it gets, won't pair. With the PS4, they are seen but a time out message appears when attempting to add/pair. Surely there is a reason or solution ... any help very much appreciated :) For the record, the headphones pair and work faultlessly with IP6s and when booting into OSX.

Please recommend a pair of routers that you KNOW can work as one
I'm really tired of fighting with disparate routers and just need to hear from someone that has two routers which happily work as one, sharing one wan connection to the world. I have roadrunner if it matters. In the past I used dd-wrt on wrt54g/gl. I'm done there and need N-capable routers, and...
