My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z97P-D3
And i have installed all the drivers from the website as well as checked every other driver on my pc

And when i connected my old headset (Turtle beach recon 60P) (Jack) it gave me all of the options even though it is only a stereo headset

Windows 10 64 bit

As I noted on your other post, the problem appears to be the driver for the headset from the vendor.
Maybe the best option is to return the GXT headset and get a different brand.

If the problem still exist,

speaker configuration changes when I plug in an mp3 player
Whenever I plug in my Sansa e260, my speaker configuration settings switch from stereo to headphones. This wouldn't be a problem, except for the fact that in headphone output, all bass is zeroed out and treble is maximized. The change happens more or less instantly. I'm on windows 7 x64, and my...
