    My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z97P-D3
    And i have installed all the drivers from the website as well as checked every other driver on my pc

    And when i connected my old headset (Turtle beach recon 60P) (Jack) it gave me all of the options even though it is only a stereo headsethttps://gyazo.com/6913595189a26ca9f71afe24b305083f

    As I noted on your other post, the problem appears to be the driver for the headset from the vendor.
    Maybe the best option is to return the GXT headset and get a different brand.

    Welcome to sevenforum Deztoos

    There is too many same driver installed.
    Do removed all unnecessary drivers.

    Do check your sound option in the control panel.

    If the problem still exist,
    Do refer to Callender post #20 and others post in this link;

    Beep and other Windows sounds no longer work
