Now I would if it were me update the ones in red my pic and see if there is any improvement in the machine. There are what looks to me like some duplicate ones there and I am not real sure of what they are about. The ones outlined in blue would be another try afterwards.

I thought there was certain to be an audio one there but not

Just one thing when the Intel ones are to be downloaded their site has a distinctive picture of I think it is of a road on it and has the Intel signage on it - if it hasn't then I would not download it.

Iinstalled the first 2 drivers you outlined in red, then after rebooting when I scanned with Slimdrivers it now only shows one update.



Strange.

Yes well that probably is because you have got the right drivers installed now and the others I did not outline could be covered by the ones installed. That is not an unusual thing to happen so no worries.

Now I would either install that last driver or mark it as ignore - personally I would install it and then run another scan. If there are no more drivers come up after that then you can go ahead and uninstall the Slim Drivers.
