Audio Buzzing loud after a sound is played.

    It would be strange to have the same identical hardware problem in two motherboards.
    When you run Audacity, do you have any other application open that uses audio?

    I have Xsplit open that does use audio

    Okay so I think we found the problem, It WAS due to xsplit being open. When I closed Xsplit, the buzz went away.

    I do have a question though, is there any reason why xsplit would interfere like that and make it buzz?

    I know nothing about xsplit.

    But, you should have Stereo Mix set as the default Recording device. Whether that makes a difference??
