    Distort Sound While Changing Volume

Hi everybody this would be my very first post =)
    And i start with a problem =(
I made a Clean install of windows 7 (7600) on my laptop (my laptop is a Presario Cq40- 505la, link below (model and drivers)

    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?os=4062&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us〈=en&product=3966049#

I did a upgrade (before) from vista to Seven and was playing good (everything) until one day i noticed that the sound made a distort sound while getting the vollume high or low (either from the little speaker by the clock) or the hot keys from the computer itself...

so i came and did a new install (and the problem was "fixed") and i havent install nothing but.. Adobe CS4 Office 2007, and Kaspersky 2010 (and still was playing fine) and windows update.. but right now that distort sound is doing it again.. so i think is a Update from Windows that did something wrongg with my sound..

And the only way to fix that is going to services, stopping Windows Sound (service) and starting it again.. But i dont want to do that everytime i turn on the computer..
Does someone have a posible fix? or what could be happen?

    Thanks in Advance =)

I Uninsstalled the Driver.. and in the device screen the sound driver changed from IDT audio to something audio windows (but like generic) it doesnt distort anymore, but the IDT equalizer doesnt work anymore, (which i use a lot) nor the jack recogniztion thing.. now its just speaker 1 and speaker 2 (no more speaker and headphones) (i dont even see the HDMI audio option anymore...
