Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
With PC switched on and settings not to shut itself off or sleep . .

I am running Windows 7 Home 64-bit.
Spoke with Microsoft to make sure Windows 7 settings were according to my needs. In spite of that I asked them to make my settings ready to allow me to use my headphones in my bed.

I have wireless and with the batteries fully charged at 800mah. After an hour or so, sometimes less than that the headphones become silent. If I go back to the PC and connect my audio from Internet radio sound it comes back again. (after a while new sound signal disconnection... (as if something would be cycling)
My bed is about 20 metres from my pc and the base for the Sennheiser Headphones
The specs for maximum distance for signal to reach is about 100 feet.
What do you guys think it may be happening and how to solve it?

Thank you kindly

Open the Device manager and check the status of the power management tab of any or all of the hardware that is related to your headphone use

This is from bluetooth on W10 but should be similar ...

Sleep Mode vs Shut Down
I just read an old thread from last year on here about this subject. I had XP before I just switched to Win 7. I did not ever turn off the XP. I like the convenience of sitting down and starting to work. Booting each time was too much like Dial-Up. My power supply on the XP machine lasted 5...
