Audio plays only from front speakers in 5.1 system/realtek issues

I have an issue going for 5 days, tried everything I could think of but nothing works, bellow I will write in detail what I tried and whats the detailed issue :

I updated my realtek drivers using the realtek website, after doing this realtek audio manager disappeared from start menu, start bar, control panel and its normal install directory, it vanished, after this happening I clean uninstalled it (removing registry and everything tied to realtek drivers, I used an uninstaller tool for this ) and reinstalled it, same thing, realtek audio manager not present, I performed system restore to 1 day before updating my audio drivers and realtek hd audio manager was there, however when I did the test speakers thing everyting was fine, sound was coming from each speaker and subwoofer but when I tried to listen to music, run apps/games sound was coming only from the front speakers. I tried looking for solutions here from old threads with ppl having the same issue, nothing worked for me, now I reinstalled the lastest drivers once more, same thing with the realtek hd audio manager, it vanished but using the windos playback devices option I was able to configure my audio system, when testing all speakers they work, but same issue is present when I try to listen to music, run games/apps, sound is only coming from the front speakers.

Please help me at least to figure out if its my soundcard (integrated) that cracked, or maybe the audio system motherboard, I dont know, I could try purchasing a soundcard but I would like to be somehow sure it is the soundcard the problem before spending money on it.

If you need anyting (print screens, more specific details please reply and I will try to provide them as promptly as I can).

P.S. : sorry for eventual spelling mistakes.

Thanks in advance,
