Internal or External Audio card with dual output where one can be DSP

I want two individual audio outputs.
One that leaves the PC with unmolested audio.
And one that leaves the PC with DSP'd audio (distance & EQ adjusted).
Any suggestions?

Why?

My garage PC.
The TV is not equally in between my garage speakers.
So I need my right speaker vs left speaker distance adjusted so sound arrives at the ears at the same time.
And I'd like to EQ it a little if possible, but not a big deal.

The other sound output would be sent to an aptX Bluetooth transmitter that sends the audio to my safety ear muffs. I do not want this DSP'd.

This way I can be sitting at my garage bench watching sports on the TV with garage speakers on.
Then I can slip on my safety ear muffs and continue listening while I walk around the yard doing mowing or wood working, etc.

My Sound Blaster Z internal card doesn't seem to be capable of this.

Thanks, yeah I was able to figure out how to do this as separate devices.
Requiring that I manually switch between them.
But that's not as efficient as what I want to do.

While on the subject though, if anyone knows of a double-click shortcut to switch between two "preferred" sound outputs, I'd love to know about it as a fall-back option.
