    USB headset not working (Razer Kraken 7.1 v2)


    Hi,

    I am having trouble with a USB headset and could use some advice. The headset is Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 and is detected by my computer in device manager. However, under playback devices there is no level meter for the headset. The headset works on my windows 10 laptop but somehow is not detected on my windows 7 PC.

    Does anyone know any fixes?

    I assume that you have installed the relevant drivers/control software for the Razor headphones?
