    Back panel mic port is not working.


    My back panel microphone port is not working but my headphones work in the back panel port.

    I´ve updated my computer and i´m pretty sure that i got the latest Realtek HD Audio manager version(6.0.16418)

    And yes my microphone is not broken bcs i tested it in the other PC.

    Verify you are using the "Pink" mic jack.
    Check the Sound Panel/Recording section, verify the mic is listed and enabled. Also in that panel, Stereo Mix should be set as the default recording device.
