Back panel mic port is not working.

My back panel microphone port is not working but my headphones work in the back panel port.

Ive updated my computer and im pretty sure that i got the latest Realtek HD Audio manager version(6.0.16418)

And yes my microphone is not broken bcs i tested it in the other PC.

Verify you are using the "Pink" mic jack.
Check the Sound Panel/Recording section, verify the mic is listed and enabled. Also in that panel, Stereo Mix should be set as the default recording device.
