    audiodg.exe

According to what I've read, "The process enables the PC audio driver to run under a separate session as the user that is currently logged in." Since I'm the only user, and audiodg uses a lot of CPU, can I disable it? Will it stay disabled? Thanks.

Since Vista the audiodg.exe process has been an integral and essential part of the audio system. It will be started when audio is played. If this fails audio will not play. The seperate session is session 0 in which most system processes run. There will always be at least 2 sessions.
