Hi william,
Has the Sound ever worked on the computer since it was built? What Speaker connection are you using - USB, Bluetooth or jack? Have you tried connecting the speakers to connectors at either front or rear of computer case?
Thank you for your reply. Yes the sound was great till just recently. I have tried another set of speakers and still nothing.
Can you still see the Sound Icon on the right-side of the Taskbar? Do check the Master Volume is not set to zero or muted. Check the Audio Device driver in Device Manager, and play some sound/music and see if the sound levels is changing from the Playback Tab.
It has an ASRock P67 Extreme4Gen3 mother board . The Sys drive is a Samsung 850 Pro 1 TB SSD Intel I7 2700K processor.
I went into Device Man and and every thing seemed ok. I even checked the drivers .
IKO 22 I couldn't find the Playback Tab
Right-click the speaker icon in the Taskbar system tray, choose Playback Devices
